Why is such a baffling question. The more we ask the less we grasp the infinite universe. How deep is a thing, in what direction does it cease, expand or bring? Is there a final truth, or just temporary insights to be gleaned? Are we one or two, and does wholeness dissolve the fragmented view? If infinity is a truth, then truth must be forever unfolding like the mind of youth. How does a seed reveal the tree, yet conceal all it will ever be? Is the old the new, with just a simpler view? For who can be right while evolution unfolds – except for a moment that never holds? Understanding is fiction and the process of experience and knowledge are seamless. Does conscious exceed the speed of light? Does a wave become a particle in the dark, or only when in sight? Is the moon full or crescent, does it stay when we look away or evanescent? Is it mind or is it matter, in the flux do all theories shatter? Is science a contradiction of God or an explanation of how odd? How wide does the universe grow or how small does matter go? Is eternity in the moment, or is the moment eternal? Exactly what is the unknown? What is never? Does it live within forever, and does time or mind play a part?
