a kernel yields the corn,
from a sperm man is born.
amidst the dark, underground,
not the grave; life is found.
in the black silent night
essence strives for the light.
reign of scorn seeks control
of life in and out the soul.
it is nature’s unnatural greed
to own a life, destroy the seed.
in the ovary hangs the egg
awaiting zygote to be bred.
within the power to abort
life became political sport.
man attempts control creation
in a lab cross pollination.
hybrid seed makes it known
it can’t succeed on its own
what is want, what is need?
hoarding provisions.
free the seed!
we the damned or the doomed?
corporations consuming consumers
who love to consume.
victuals of death
attempts to capture life,
can’t catch the breath.
recycling of natures creed
has placed life beyond the seed,
no beginning, without end
a string of things looping agin.
